I serve as the General Manager of The Zoo Health Club of Gonzales, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff leadership, scheduling, programming, and facility standards. I’m responsible for executing ownership’s vision while ensuring consistency, safety, and a positive member experience.

Micah Picou is a Baton Rouge–based acrobat, fire performer, personal trainer, and movement instructor whose work bridges athletic discipline, creative flow, and community leadership. He pursued emergency medical training and earned his EMT certification, reflecting a commitment to preparedness and calm execution in high-stress situations. His creative focus expanded into fire performance and flow arts, where he trained extensively, performed professionally, and helped organize local fire jams and community gatherings. He is a core member of Baton Rouge Fire and Flow and has collaborated with troupes including Bayou Cirque and The Acadian Circus, with performance credits such as Hook, Across Neverland. As an instructor, he teaches flow arts, movement, and aerial disciplines (including trapeze), blending technical precision with adaptability and influences from martial arts movement principles.
